The Museum of Modern Art, SAITAMA(MOMAS)

This modern museum rests among the greenery in Kita-Urawa Park, and is a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. The works inside range from local Urawa artists, to global favorites like Picasso or Monet. A unique point of the museum is that it’s known by another name: “The Chair Museum”! Chairs of all shapes, sizes, and designs dot the inside of the facility. Come on by for some modern art, and bring a picnic lunch to enjoy while you sun bathe in the park afterwards.
