Yono Shichifukujin (Seven Gods of Fortune) Pilgrimage

The Seven Gods of Good Fortune are said to “dispel the seven hardships, and bring the seven fortunes”. On the 3rd of January, follow seven people dressed as the gods to visit seven different shrines, each honoring a different one.

During this period, you can collect commemorative stamps (100 yen per stamp) at each temple and shrine.
A sheet for stamps costs 1,000 yen (with one stamp).

The Costume Parade, usually held on January 3, has been canceled.
Please note that the event may be canceled to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
